1. Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 5 business working days of purchase, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays. There can be delays, we will inform you if there are any delays.
2. Delivery Areas
We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
3. Shipping Costs & Timeframes
- UK Standard Shipping: £3.99, delivered within 5-10 days of dispatch via one of the uk courier companies. We normally use Royal mail or Evri.
- Orders over £70 include a free packaging/unboxing video, posted on our TikTok.
4. Order Tracking
You'll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Treasure Scoop is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or weather.
6. Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact the courier first. If unresolved, email 📧 helloscooptreasure@gmail.com with your order number.
7. Incorrect Delivery Details
