  • No guarantee is given regarding specific items, brands, colours, styles, or retail value

By placing an order, you accept the nature of a mystery product.

4. Product Sourcing & Third-Party Products
Some mystery scoop products are sourced from third-party manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors.
While we take reasonable care in selecting reputable suppliers, we do not manufacture the products ourselves and therefore do not control manufacturing processes, materials, formulations, or quality assurance standards.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for dissatisfaction, indirect loss, allergic reactions, or misuse of third-party products

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£)
  • Payment must be made in full at checkout
  • Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g. Square, PayPal, Stripe, TikTok Shop)

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.

7. Orders & Order Acceptance

  • Orders are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues
  • Cancelled orders will be fully refunded


8. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or events outside our control
  • Risk passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address

9. Faulty or Damaged Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if items are:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly supplied

This does not apply to dissatisfaction with mystery contents.
